Craig is known for bringing an open perspective to solving business problems. He has been working in the services industry since 1991. He has provided services for companies in the construction, insurance, entertainment, manufacturing, technology, public transportation, education, financial services and retail sectors and for the U.S. Departments of Defense and Energy. He has held positions at CH2M HILL, Booz Allen Hamilton, Corio (now a division of IBM), PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Gumbiner Savett, CPA’s. His experience includes business process improvement, software selection, IT strategy, and software implementation. Craig lives in Marin, California, with his wife, two children, and dog. When he isn't working on projects with Curtis and the rest of the team, he spends his time in the mountains, on the soccer field, or at the beach (sometimes under the water).
Kathleen has more than 30 years of experience working with diverse stakeholders and brings expertise in creating alignment and consensus between disparate groups. Kathleen is serving as the Deputy Project Manager and Change Management & Communications Lead on VIA’s Business Process Review & ERP Selection. She is currently overseeing the implementation of the system and developing an asset management program and TAM plan while providing guidance for change management and training. Kathleen is also the Governance Lead on Metro St. Louis’ EAM Implementation project where she is also currently overseeing system implementation and performed the same role for St. Louis’ Budgeting and Planning Software Selection and Procurement.
Amy has been working with transit agencies for five years. She currently works on fare collection, fair policy, and transit technology projects with the Four Nines team. Previously, Amy supported the design, testing, and implementation of the Sacramento region's first smart card fare payment system as a transportation planner at SACOG. Amy holds a B.S. in Environmental Policy Analysis & Planning from UC Davis and a Master's of City Planning from UC Berkeley. Outside of work, Amy enjoys watching Jeopardy! with her dog Einstein and volunteering with HOBY, a leadership organization for high schoolers.
Katie has a great set of skills in project management, listening, analytics, and problem solving. She brings her clients over 15 years of experience managing projects and customer success. Katie's professional experience encompasses law, high tech, and leadership development. She recently worked in sales operations and order fulfillment for IBM/BIGFIX, and for Four Nines she is contributing her expertise to product implementations at Castlight Health. She has worked with teams to deliver products, as well as to ensure customer satisfaction and quality control of contracts. Katie lives in the Bay Area. In addition to her work Katie enjoys spending time as a Girl Scout leader and volunteering at her children's school.
Curtis has over 25 years of experience in technical project management and systems engineering. He has led the design and implementation of complex systems including data integration, advanced fare collection technologies, electronic commerce, and transaction processing. He's also an expert on fare collection practices and policies. Curtis started his enterprise software career in technical support at Symantec and rose to become Director of Worldwide Training. He then founded a company in the online payments space which he grew to over 70 employees before its acquisition by eBay. Since 2006, after joining Craig and Scott at Booz Allen Hamilton, he has been an IT consultant in the public sector. Curtis lives in Berkeley, California, with his family. When he isn’t working on projects with Craig and the rest of the team, he enjoys skiing and biking with his kids, and coaching their soccer teams.
Laura has been working with transportation clients over the last 8 years to evaluate performance and business processes, develop strategic plans, prioritize needs, and provide implementation support. She has technical experience in fare policy, transit asset management, transit operations & management, performance monitoring and reviews, and transit and multi-modal planning. Laura has her Master's degree in Urban Planning and Bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Mathematics. She is actively involved in Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) in the San Francisco Bay Area. For work and leisure, Laura enjoys traveling, experiencing new cities, and meeting new people.
Kirstie has worked on fare policy, fare collection technology, asset management, Title VI, and technology procurement projects with the Four Nines team. She has experience in policy research, fare policy modeling, and graphic system architecture depictions. With a BS in Environmental Economics & Management and a MS in Environmental Policy & Planning, Kirstie enjoys focusing on the intersections between mobility, sustainability, and equity in her work. In her free time, she enjoys visiting one of the many parks in Boston with her dog or curling up with a good book and a cup of coffee.
Growing up in the Bay Area and San Diego, Lisa is a California mix. She identifies as a surfing beach bum that loves great food, sporting outdoors, traveling, reading books and enjoying the arts. After graduating from BYU, she returned to the Bay Area and spent nearly 15 years deep in the insurance benefits industry, ranging from small business benefits brokering, to benefit program management in internal Human Resources departments, to consulting with large companies and corporations.
